The Chairman of the Board and his deputies are appointed by the general meeting of members of the Association: Directs the activities of the Association and its executive body, is personally responsible for the implementation of the assigned tasks and compliance with this Charter, distributes responsibilities among the deputies. Defines their powers in resolving issues related to the activities of the Association: Makes changes in the structure of the executive body, issues orders, directives, instructions and other documents on issues within its competence: Provides control over the implementation of laws and regulations of the Republic, decisions of the meeting of members of the association and its orders: In relations with any legal entities and individuals of the Republic and foreign countries, acts on behalf of the association without a power of attorney and issues credentials to conclude agreements and contracts on its behalf: Employees of the Association approve the staffing table, regulations on its structural subdivisions, regulations on remuneration of employees and regulations on all systems of the Association: Appoints and dismisses employees of the Association, determines their salaries and bonuses, encourages employees and imposes sanctions on them: The decision of the Chairman of the Board must be implemented by all officials and employees of the association: Gives power of attorney, signs invoices and payment documents for cash and material assets: The Association opens bank accounts in: Performs other duties specified in the legislation.
