Limited Liability Company "Khorezm Ipagi" (cocoon processing enterprise) began its activities on September 9, 2006 in the city of Urgench, Khorezm region.

Currently, the company employs 240 people. 3 districts of the region (Khanka, Bagat, Khazarasp) are attached to the enterprise. In the 2020 season, 580 tons of wet cocoons were grown in 1-2 worms. The company's investment project for 2020-2021 is $ 1.3 million, the source of which is planned to be $ 0.650 million from its own account and $ 0.650 million from a bank loan. To create new jobs, the company has received 50 carpet weaving machines, of which 21 have been put into operation, and the remaining 29 are ready for operation.
