There are a number of single mulberry trees in the region with an area of 1335,2 thousand Bush and 1806 to tutzors. Number of Mulberry seedlings planted in autumn 2019 and spring 2020 years therefrom:

- single row of mulberry trees – 461 thousand Bush;

– newly restored tutzor-to 125,2;

In 2019, 7 thousand 800 boxes of silkworm breeding,
430 tons (100 percent) of live cocoons are grown.

In 2020, 10 550 boxes of silkworms will be taken care of,
580 tons of cocoons are grown.

In the sirdarya region there are 1 (Agro Global LLC) pillani processing enterprise.

21.4 thousand jobs will be created (631 permanent 20.8 thousand seasonal ones)
